Dear Family and Friends, William Shi-Lun Betts was born on November 24, 2006 at 9:54 a.m. in Taipei, Taiwan. Will weighed in at 3010 grams (6.6 pounds) and was 50 cm (19.69 inches) in length. Not wanting to miss another weekend, Will arrived on Friday morning and spent the weekend eating and sleeping with Mom. He has a healthy appetite which bodes well for a Thanksgiving baby! Will came back to Tamsui last night and brenda is recovering from surgery and is zuo yue zi (receiving post-partum home care). After everyone is settled in during the next week or so, we hope to talk with everyone by phone or Skype and share more news about Will.
